His commitment to legal excellence has left an enduring legacy throughout the Pacific Northwest Community.’ Donahue was assigned from April 2016 to May 2017 at NHB and his judicial knowledge and insight helped to process and mitigate claims against the U.S. government which ultimately saved $63 million. Additionally, he coordinated sexual assault regional support and reporting requirements which optimized care for all command assault victims. He also enhanced the command’s good order and discipline while advising on 27 investigations and complicated judicial hearings.
