Medical Care Recovery Units
As an interim solution to unexpected personnel shortages, the Medical Care Recovery Units (MCRUs) have modified their Areas of Responsibility (AOR). Incoming mail and correspondence pertaining to new claims will be assigned to AORs based upon the location where the cause of action arose (e.g., where the injury occurred). Correspondence regarding new claims should be sent either via U.S. Mail or by Facsimile to the either MCRU Norfolk or MCRU Pensacola. Correspondence regarding current/ongoing claims should be sent to the Unit to which the claim is assigned. AOR and contact information are listed below.
